"Coffee" is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, and one of the worlds most popular drink.
We often visit coffeehouses or cafés serving prepared coffee or other hot beverages.
However, are you aware of the fact that coffee existed for over five hundred years and Brazil is the largest coffee exporting nation?
It is now time to checkout what is Coffee is made of?
Coffee beans must be ground and brewed to create a beverage.
Well, coffee berries are picked, processed, dried, and roasted to varying degrees, depending on the flavour that we want. These roasted beans are ground and then brewed with near-boiling water to produce the beverage known as coffee.
The coffee plants are cultivated over 70 countries.The two most commonly grown are C. arabica and C. robusta.
A "Brewed" coffee from typical grounds prepared with tap water contains 40 mg caffeine per 100 gram and no essential nutrients in significant content.
A Cold brew coffee is made by steeping coarsely ground beans in cold water for several hours, then filtering them.This results in a brew lower in acidity than most hot-brewing methods.
Depending on the color of the roasted beans as seen by the human eye, they will be categorized as light, medium light, medium, medium dark, dark, or very dark.

Coffee, being a favorite beverage for most of us, time to know some positive facts about it:

When it reaches your brain, the most noticeable effect is alertness.You'll feel more awake and less tired, so it's a common ingredient in medications to treat or manage drowsiness, headaches, and migraines.However, too much intake of caffeine can cause headaches too.

Well, as per the research results of UK NHS(National Health system) avoiding coffee may reduce anxiety.Coming to the major active ingredient in coffee which is Caffeine, too much of this beverage, typically greater than 300 mg,can both cause and worsen anxiety.For some people, discontinuing this beverage which contains caffeine can significantly reduce anxiety.
Extremely high daily intakes of 1,000 mg or more per day have been reported to cause nervousness, jitteriness and similar symptoms in most people.
Caffeine’s ability to help people stay awake is one of its most prized qualities.Research has shown that while caffeine remains in your system for an average of five hours, the time period may range from one and a half hours to nine hours, depending on the individual.Caffeine can help you stay awake during the day, but it may negatively impact your sleep quality and quantity.
