Yes...you guessed it right..its about feminism.....
The belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities.” dont u think in the current stage genders are far from equal, which serves to harm both men and women alike. A man, or a woman, shouldn't punch anyone.
The motto behind describes on not to exclude people based on their gender, race, socioeconomic status, ability, or sexual orientation.However we need to know and be clear of what are we fighting for.
Few of us feel "Feminism" affected our society.There are equally success stories that most of us might have overlooked....
For example, Frances "Poppy" Northcutt was the first woman to work in an operational support role in the Mission Control Center in Houston during the Apollo program. The woman who helped the Apollo 11 astronauts home safely.
Are you aware of the objectives of Feminism?
Well, let me name some common objectives which relates to the current happening around...
To stop sexualizing female bodies.
To stop sexual harassment and rape. ...
To end wage gap.
What do you think the goal behind feminism is.....?
It is to challenge the systemic inequalities women face on a daily basis.Feminism works towards equality, not female superiority.
Well, lets take an example of career,pay,job profile.....!!!
Even in the 10 top paying jobs for women, females earn less than men; only one career, speech pathology, pays the same regardless of gender.Women earn 78 cents for every dollar a man makes.What feminists want the world to know, or at least acknowledge is the different ways men and women are treated, and although there have been great strides towards equality, women and men are far from playing on the same field.
Coming to the job profile,requirements in regards to skillset in any job portal.None of the job portals have different skills based on the gender.Then why do you think is there a difference between the pay???Well, I can justify this with the fact that it is not only about the job profile and same pay.Even the previous experience counts.Of Course a fresher for the same job gets a less pay compared to a experienced candidate.There is no point fighting for feminism in this case.
There isn't just one type of feminism, there are a variety of feminist groups including: girlie feminist, third-wave feminist, pro-sex feminist, and so on. All these groups aim to deal with different types of discrimination women, and sometimes men, face.
Finally, it is all about knowing & understanding the fact before fighting for equality is Feminism works towards equality, and not female superiority.And there is a major difference between both.
