"Yes...!!! It is about the three "Feel-Good" words that we often come across, a way of supporting a person which involves showing empathy, compassion and genuine concern for others. One of the most important gifts we receive as social beings is moral support from family, friends, and colleagues.

Irrespective a challenge in your personal life, working towards an achievement, or dealing with a work issue, kind words or an offer of help give you the strength to move forward.
Most of us definitely do not ignore the hunch of supporting people if in trouble or have a need. Never hold back, as you could be keeping that person(his/her) from receiving the required support. Don’t you think being a little kind will go a long way??
If the person really wants to share something and starts the conversation, its time to be a patient listener. Make the conversation moments count by being mindful, present, and relaxed.
Why is that people often post their “reactions” to their “problems” on social media. Does that help solve their problems or does anyone provide solution for their problems??
Well, I suggest not a good habit to post “Your reactions” for “your problems” on social media.

This shows your incapability of not being able to solve your own problems. If you have a connect on the social media who can help sort your problem, discuss in person than letting the whole world know something is not fine with you…!!!
Many people won’t ask for help which is fortunate. Unless you are specifically asked, do not give advice. However, when you give moral support, you help and encourage a person, family, or group in whatever crisis or unhealthy state of being they are in.
Always remember when a person’s confidence is brightened, a sense of "HOPE" returns and morale increases, which might take a positive move in their thoughts.Always remember, being generous communicates your caring towards them. Speaking up for someone is a way of saying you believe they are doing the right things or are in the right direction.
