Well.....Here I am with few Simple home remedies that help you lose your weight/keep yourself fit along with your regular workout plans...!!!
Oh yes....!!!!!
You read it right the first time....!!!!

I am sure these are the most commonly used ingredients/foods available at home.If not ...i am sure you can get them at your nearest store within no time...!!!
1. Replacing One Soda a day with water cuts around 150 Calories and the risk of heart attack.
2. Eat healthy foods such as (Avocado, bananas, yogurt, Berries & Green Tea) which help fight the belly fat.
3. Start the day with a warm beverage – A mix of hot water & Lemon.
4. A Bedtime diet drink- Please find the below recipe to wake up fresh & light the next morning:
Recipe: Boil 2 cups of water with one tablespoon each of:
· Cumin Seeds
· Fenugreek Seeds
· Ajwani Seeds
5. Increase your Fiber Intake. Ensure to add fibrous vegetables to every meal which is a natural way to red rid of the additional weight.
6. Curtail Your Cocktails.
7. Check out the below Smoothie recipe with Chia Seeds & almond milk:
· 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
· 1 serving sprouted vegan protein powder (I like the Garden of Life brand)
· 1 Tbs. chia seeds gel (chia seeds soaked in water)
· ½ tsp. cinnamon Powder.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
8. Hey now its time to cleanup your wardrobe with the medicine box, as certain medications like- antidepressants, birth control pills, are known to cause weight gain.
9. Check out the Apple cider Vinegar mix which is a well heard remedy for weight loss & hair growth too:
Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of "Luke warm" water along with a tablespoon of honey. Consume this mixture twice a day.
10.Whole grains like Oats, Barley decrease the number of calories retained during digestion, while simultaneously speeding up metabolism.
