#Homemaker-A challenging Career.

The Homemaker is responsible for how the household runs, how it is organized, daily routines and chores and the health and well-being of the family. It is important that the homemaker discover how to best organize each room in the household in order to achieve efficiency, ease and comfort.

Homemaking is not an inbuilt and default skill that you wake up in the morning and automatically know! Just like everything else it must be learned by trial and error. You learn by mistakes just like with the rest other things in life.

I want to get married.However, nothing should impact my career It should be as bright as sunshine...!!!

Do not expect two miracles to happen @ a time.Trust me your mind will always stay messed not knowing what,when & how focus on.Having said this, i also agree to the fact that we see many women around us, managing family and work at the same time "successfully".

At times you might have to chose family as a priority and "PAUSE" working for a while."PAUSE" & "QUIT" play a vital role in your career.

Do you think we can fix this?

Oh yes...Why not...???

You can easily differentiate the times when your family needs you and your work.Ensure to give your family your 100% by "pausing"your career plans for a while."

When Your career is at a crucial stage, you can sit with your family,discuss and make them understand that your major focus will be towards career for whatever time it takes you will get back soon.

Working towards managing both family and profession without much difficulty and ensuring none of it is impacted depends on you and your bonding with your loved ones.

So why not work it out???

We(or our friends) might have come across this situation where you cant justify your pay neither justify your relationships which is a sensitive issue. One side its your family(your life) and the other side it is your career that might sink with one wrong step.

Prioritize what is more important and stay focused on the same.

How many of us have two major preferences but at the same time want to make sure it shouldn't impact each other or either?

It is said that open minded people do not impose their beliefs on others. Do you think this is the fact???

Do show kindness and respect to each others beliefs and opinions than forcing / disrespecting your partners beliefs..!!!

Having a job that pays shouldn't change the fact that a woman caring for her family /creating and maintaining a home for them is her single most important job.Every profession has both advantages and disadvantages, be it a working professional or a homemaker.Agree that a physical and well paid job gives you respect and is an active life.

Now let’s get into facts - housework is just the first half of the battle. The ultimate goal of homemaking is to create a happy environment for your family. Being a housewife is a job, not role. It's often said that being a housewife is a thankless job. There's no real appreciation, no bonuses, no raise, and it's non-stop from the time your eyes open in the morning to the moment they shut wearily at night.

With all the efforts,struggles and experiences to keep up healthy relationships with everyone in the family as well as workplace, i would say...

You must think like a man, act like a lady, look like a young girl,and work like a horse,irrespective of you are a homemaker or a working professional.
